IN N OUT 5 minute walk from the house and many more restaurants near by. Stater bros and Grocery outlet 5 mins drive from house. Also USPS is 5 minute drive from house. Christian Church 5 minute walk from house. Also Metro Flex gym 5 minute walk from house. Tenants will have access to laundry room, kitchen, dinning room, and street parking. Room is available, a shared full bathroom upstairs. A half restroom is available down stairs for all to share.

I’ll occupy 1 room, but I travel a lot. I’ll usually come around 1 weekend a month or a long weekend tops. I’ll never be there for the most part. I’m a business professional, medical field.
