I have 1 room available with a shared bathroom, it will be mostly unfurnished. Rent is $700 a month plus approximately $125 a month in utilities. Security deposit is $700. The security deposit can be split across the first two months of rent. ($350 each month.) There will also be a $400 pet deposit if you have a dog, however dogs will be considered depending on breed and temperament. Spacious house with an open floor plan and furnished living spaces. Just a short bike ride from campus (1.2 miles) and downtown (2 miles), close to a park, and has an awesome fully fenced backyard with a dog door into the living room. It’s far enough away from campus that it’s quiet on weekends. Looking for people who are close-ish in age to me.

My name is Logan, I am 24 years old and a student at Boise State. I have a 7 year old golden retriever named Luna who is very friendly and loves people. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my dog. I like to camp, hike, ski, and backpack. I also enjoy riding both my mountain bike and my road bike (I use it to commute). The other roommate is also in his 20s and works full time. Very chill and respectful of the space and others.
