2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment located in Eugene OR. Pretty central area- 10 minute drive to pretty much anywhere. Current lease is up on November 17th and I’m looking for someone to take it over with me (preferably for another 12 months). You’d have plenty of your own space with your own bedroom and bathroom. I do currently have 2 black cats as well– if that is an issue I do have other accommodation for them. All utilities are included except for electric and internet. I currently pay electric wile my roommate paid internet, but we can split it however you’d like.

I am 25 years old and work as a coffee roaster for Cafe Mam coffee here in Eugene. I’m a big homebody, and tend to keep to myself. I love to clean, but also don’t mind however you like to keep your space. I’m a big reader and love going to live music shows. Big heavy on the LGBT+ friendly part–if you catch my drift. I’m looking for someone fun and reliable and I’d love to meet up and hang beforehand to see how we flow.
