The apartment is conveniently located on the first floor, just a 3-minute walk from NW trains, providing easy access to Manhattan–you will be in Times Square within minutes. It’s a two bedroom apartment. Your room is furnished with a comfortable Queen size bed and a memory foam mattress, complete with an air conditioner for your comfort. Additionally, the living room features a study desk, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, and ample cabinet space and nearly everything else for you to cook an amazing meal if you’d like. Gas, electricity, water, internet, and heating are all covered utilities—meaning they come with the rent. The monthly rent is $1600, and a security deposit of $1600 is required.

I’m 26 years old, currently a student at BMCC, and tend to keep to myself. I am clean and hardly cook, except occasionally. Most of my time is spent either in my room studying or gaming, or I am at school or work. Recently, I landed an internship at an arts organization, which keeps me busy and engaged.
