Patricia's room

The room is off the kitchen & has a private entrance into the bedroom from the outside & a private entrance from the room into the garage. The room is large enough for a living room set up and bedroom set up. It has a huge bay window and French doors leading to the patio. HVAC included in this room.

Just to clarify, men, women, transgender & nonbinary…all are welcome here. Two of us (roommates) work together & the other does stand up comedy. You will need to be okay with nonbinary, transgender & all aspects of LGBTQ. I call us a happy little bee hive. We all live our own lives but we all work cohesively to take care of the house. We all garden together & when we all have time, we celebrate holidays & birthdays together. We are a happy little network of people.
