About the Space:

This spacious, sunlit apartment is a steal for DC. At less than $1700 a month, this 2 bed 1 bath is bright all day and warm and cozy at night. A short walk to the metro station, a library, and minutes from two major grocery stores. There are also brand new restaurants, two Starbucks, independent galleries, a community center, and a museum about 6 minutes up the road! All utilities except electricity and wifi are included, and amenities include in-unit laundry, as well as a larger unit upstairs, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Utilities are generally about $150!

About Me: I am 22, non-binary and a member of the tism community. Routines are very big for me. I am an early riser and a reasonable sleeper. I clean 3-4 times a week, especially with my pup and would love a roommate who could clean common areas at least once a week. My dog is HYPOALLERGENIC! 420 Friendly.

My Roommate Quirks: The bathroom is my sanctuary. I try my best to keep it clean, but I do spend at least an hour in the bathroom in the evenings! I will be very respectful of your schedule but prefer to use it anywhere between 4-7 PM (right when I’m getting home from work). Music Nights – Sometimes, I play music LOUD and sing/dance around the house. This can last from 4-9 PM on any given day (my personal quiet hours are 9PM-9 AM). Do not be alarmed.
