This room is for 2 people max occupancy. Room #1 is $900 with $900deposit. Pge/water garbage not included, it is split equally between roommates. Internet included. Tv mounted in room. House in a nice neighborhood. Looking for responsible, clean, and respectful tenants.no partying, no pets, no smoking. Common areas are community as all 5 rooms in the house are being rented out. Washer and dryer in home.
