Vanessa's room

Looking for 1 person (pref someone closer in age whether a student/working professional) to live in a 3 bdrm (tech 4 bdrm) 1 bath top floor apartment. You’ll have the two rooms listed (one is a bit smaller but can still fit a bed and everything, current roommate uses it as a small living room). Both rooms have closets. I do currently use what would be the living room as my work/chill/room space so that’s why you’ll have the 2 rooms. No eat in kitchen but has everything a kitchen needs. (Will update pictures) Pretty quiet area, has a ton of buses that bring you to the subway as well as directly to Boston, it is a 50 min walk to Malden center station.

Laundry days are Friday & Saturday and in the basement. Can also store your stuff in the basement as well. No security deposit but first and last month is required. There will be a roommate agreement to sign (nothing toooo crazy) & can send that over for to review if you’re interested in living here! It covers just basic consideration, cleanliness, noise levels, smells, guest policy, etc. Unfortunately no smoking of any kind & no pets allowed.

Hi! I’m Vanessa, in my early 20s & a current senior in college studying English and cinema. I’m fairly quiet and keep to myself but I am super friendly and open to being friends if that’s something that interests you! I just started an internship with the government so between work and school, I’m pretty busy during the week. I’m a bit of an introvert but have my extroverted tendencies lol. I really like to try new things, read, watch movies, listen to music, & go for walks/longboard. I also love celebrating holidays (especially Christmas)!
