Having lived here for 10 months, I can only say nice things about this place. I am moving to San Francisco, so I’m helping my buddy Joel find a new tenant soon.

• Has sufficient income to cover living expenses. Exception for people coming from other countries or US cities.
• Open-minded and LGBT tolerant.
• No drug use (including marijuana).
• Clean, respectful, reliable.
• No pets.
