The bathroom has 2 sinks and enough counter space and cabinet space for items for 3 people. Room is 750 with 750 deposit. Pge/water garbage not included, it is split equally between roommates. Internet included. Tv mounted in room. House in a nice neighborhood. Looking for responsible, clean, and respectful tenants.no partying, no pets, no smoking. Common areas are community as all 5 rooms in the house are being rented out. Washer and dryer in home.
