Hello! We are offering a room for rent near downtown Pleasant Hill. It’s a sectioned off portion of a house that includes its own side entry and driveway parking spot. You’ll have your own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry setup. The unit also comes with 2 full-size closets with mirrored doors.

The appliances are stainless steel (convection oven, fridge, microwave hood, and dishwasher) and you’ll have access to a large yard for gardening purposes or letting pets roam.

The location is one row of houses over from downtown Pleasant Hill (approximately a 5-minute walk to get around the row) and there you’ll have access to restaurants, storefronts, a movie theatre, and a hardware store. Bart is bikeable at about an 8-minute ride. The I-680 onramp is conveniently nearby. There are several schools nearby as well as a library.

This is a quiet area that affords privacy. We are pet-friendly and have excellent references if needed. If interested you can contact me at the provided email or text me show contact info . We were thinking about around $2000 for one person or $2200 for two people, and look to lease out on an annual basis. Utilities are included in the rent total as well. This includes gas, electric, water, and wifi. The deposit is simply equal to the first month’s rent.
