Located in phoenix minutes away from gcu, downtown phx, and phx sky harbor airport + easy access to lightrail. Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. i’m located walking distance from christown mall (target, walmart, ulta, bath and body works) chipotle, pizza hut, chickfila, and the light rail. 7 minutes away from gcu and 15 minutes from downtown phx, by car. utility bill not included in price. utilities include gas, light, water, and wifi (optional). genuinely feel like the pricing is good based on the area. at the end of the day i am willing to accommodate with the renter in the price, but this is MY set pricing which again i feel is reasonable.

My roommate and are a couple of night owls at times, we generally keep to ourselves and respect others’ space. One of us works from home, while I work Monday through Friday, so I’m not around during the day. We’re clean, tidy people and would prefer a roommate who values cleanliness as well.
I have a cat who roams around during the day. We value a peaceful, respectful living environment and would love to find a roommate who shares that mindset!
