I have a large 3 bedroom apartment with 2 extra room in a very nice and convenient area close to everything. I am asking $600 a month (negotiable) with all utilities included and a washer and dryer as well. I do not ask for a security deposit.

Looking for someone who clean and responsible who can take care of my place when I am gone. I have 2 young children on the weekends, so must be ok with that, but we are usually gone during the day anyway.
