NO PETS-FEMALE ONLY-Our condo is spacious, featuring a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing balcony where you can unwind.It is situated on a quiet street with high ceilings that allow ample natural daylight to fill the space.Parking is easy, making it convenient for residents with vehicles.It’s within walking distance to several notable locations, including the lakefront, Loyola University, and the nearby red line stop for easy commuting. The available room is fully furnished, with TV, desk,dresser, walk in closet, and full size brand new bed. You will have your own bathroom which is the guest bathroom providing added privacy and convenience.

We are two sisters, working professionals, known for being very clean, quiet, and responsible.We both work full time and have very busy schedules. We are early bird and prefer a quiet, professional environment in the house. We don’t smoke or drink, start day early at 6 am and go to bed around 10 pm. We’re looking for a roommate who shares our values - no guests, no smoking, no loud music. Cleanliness and being respectful is very important for us. We have a healthy lifestyle, including early mornings and early bedtimes during the week .We like to stay active and eat healthy, so we cook most days during the week. No pets, no guests please.
