Hey there! I have a private room available for rent with an eight-month lease that might be renewed for another year. It’s located downstairs, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, and comes with a private bathroom and plenty of storage space. The main property is a stunning blue house with a large fenced-in backyard with a garden and an apple tree. You’ll also have access to a detached garage with tons of storage space. On the main/shared floor, there’s a spacious kitchen with an island and two living rooms. One of the living rooms has a TV and internet/wi-fi for everyone to enjoy. The other three roommates are professionals, and their shared and personal living areas are located upstairs. The Greenlake neighborhood is well-known for being safe and friendly, offering a variety of activities to enjoy both day and night. I’ve taken my dogs for walks around the neighborhood and have met several welcoming and accepting neighbors. You’ll be sharing the third floor of the house with three other adults who have their own bathroom. They all have professional jobs and are friendly, but tend to keep to themselves. The three roommates consist of two females and one male, all between the ages of twenty-six and twenty-eight. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath for guests, a laundry room, a pantry for storage, and access to a secure and enclosed backyard.
