Living room space available in an apt in Long Beach. Pretty big space. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Currently two young women living here me and my roommate. We support LGBTQ+ renters and are both marijuana smokers. There is a small cat but we will make accommodations so that your space is not invaded. The room is 634 a month ($1900 split 3 ways is 633.34 so we just round up). There is a security deposit of $250 but you can talk to the landlord about that and any other specifications. Internet is $25 each and utilities will be between $40-50 each depending on electricity usage. Water and trash are paid by prop managers.

Your roommates will be myself, Ayesha and the other roommate, Em. We get along pretty well and pretty much stick to ourselves. We do have occasional movie/game nights that you would be welcome to participate in. We allow guests but please no squatting. A comfortable range is no longer than 2 night stayed for guests and ofc to respect each others spaces. As previously mentioned, we both smoke weed. We don’t have too many rules or qualifications just ofc clean after yourself, help with the cleaning of the apt and taking the trash out each Wednesday night and respect each other’s belongings in the common spaces.
