Hey everybody. I own a 2bed/2bath condo located at the SW tip of gateway neighborhood (40th and Chambers roughly). I want to rent out the 2nd room in it. You will get your own bedroom and bathroom. One covered parking spot in the secured garage is included for you, plenty of guest parking as well. The room has a huge NE facing window, huge closed. Bathroom is large with a massive tub. The room is 13’x12’ not including the closet space. 12’ ceiling with a ceiling fan/light. Brand new carpet in the bedroom. Laundry is in the unit. Kitchen is brand new here. living room is furnished. My condo is a corner unit on the 3rd floor with a ton of light and neighborhood views. close to i70 but still quiet enough.

I’m in my mid 30s, gay, normal guy. I live here by myself right now with my dog - 75lb doodle. he’s not cat friendly, he’s good with some dogs but for the safety I prefer not to have any pets here unfortunately. He loves people though and he’s a great cuddle buddy. I work from home mostly, my office is in my room. I’m looking for respectful, clean, and level-headed roommate. I don’t tolerate drugs and loud partying. I want this to be a good fit and I want this to be a safe and comfortable place for you and me. I’m open to guys and girls roommates. Happy to meet for coffee or drinks to get to know each other. I’m not in a rush to rent it out. I just want to find a good human.
