I live in a great townhouse at the Riverpark area near the Collection. It’s next to a park and walking distance from the shopping center. It’s one unfurnished bedroom with own bathroom, utilities included. Only looking for single occupant. No children and couples. No pets allowed as I already have a dog.

I’m a full time working professional with one small beagle. I prefer females, working as well. There will be access to common areas such as kitchen, living room and backyard.
