I HAVE BEEN HOMELESS before moving to PA. I know exactly what it feels like to sleep in places you don’t really want to. PLEASE only apply if you are certain you will be comfortable with me & my environment. I’m trying my best to articulate who I am through these words. PLEASE TAKE HEED..

The room is right next to the bathroom and kitchen. It has a window,closet, a baseboard heater, and is big enough for a twin bed and dresser. My home stays immaculately clean. I’m a single 37yr old. guy , without any children, spouse, friends, or any drama. I’m looking for someone who is not only going to rent the room, but, also be social and keep me company. I’m from NY originally and have been here for 9yrs. I don’t really socialize AT ALL, so I’m a bit lonely at times. all I really ever do is smoke weed, and play PS4 after work. I make beats on the weekends, and like to blast the occasional jam or 3 after work. I’m almost always home, so I prefer someone who is as serious about hygiene and cleanliness as I am, I’m fairly tidy, and very HUGE on respect.

I work from home 8a-5p m-f, I watch anime, play PlayStation, and make beats. I don’t party, and I don’t drink often at all. I occasionally blast music after work and on weekends Easy going, and EXTREMELY CLEAN. I would like the same

My Ideal person would be:: Borderline OCD clean🤷🏿‍♂️, TRUSTWORTHY, openly honest, Extremely respectful, Tactful, courteous, openly communicative, 420 friendly, into gaming or anime, music head, and has a strong sense of togetherness, and team work, dependable, responsible, straight forward, and genuine.

I understand I don’t live in a perfect world but, please be real with yourself. Don’t contact me if you know we won’t mesh.
