Seeking a tidy, active, single, non-smoking professional roommate in newer 2bd/2ba home in 55+ gated community off Gerber/Bradshaw in Sacramento. Amenities include: Private unfurnished bedroom and private guest bathroom, in-unit laundry, shared living/dining room and kitchen. Access to clubhouse that hosts some fun events, a gym, 4-lane lap pool and jacuzzi. Utilities: $200 per month includes WiFi - does not include cable tv or streaming services.

Owner/Roommate: Hello, I’m Mary! I am a fun-loving and adventurous special needs teacher and real estate agent. Given the built-in holidays of a school schedule, I travel often so you will get plenty of time in the house all to yourself. I do appreciate this on occasion as well so I’d like to find someone with an equally active work and social calendar. You must be a dog-lover in order to be happy here as I have a small lap-dog and prefer to leave her home for most of my short trips. She’s very affectionate and low maintenance. I enjoy paddle-boarding, trying out new restaurants, community events, concerts and road-trips. I’m also happy with a night in to make dinner and watch a movie or binge a series. I’m a social drinker on the odd occasion and it’s even more rare that I would have a drink at home so I would appreciate the same of you.
