This is a 1108 sq feet 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the top floor with the larger bedroom available for rent, you would be taking over my half lease and it goes until July 18th. The bedroom available is the larger one that has a walk-in closet and private attached bathroom. There will be another dog living here so 2 more dogs or cats can live here but they must be friendly! Note that the $250 security deposit would be more if you have pets unless they are ESA pets.

The unit has a washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, high-top bar seating, large living room, and patio that has a nice view over the courtyard. There also is a large outdoor storage closet and a coat closet, so lots of storage room available. The apartment complex has an outdoor pool and gym. There also is free parking available right outside and there is an option to pay extra for covered parking or a garage as well.

The other roommate is 23 female, works during the day Monday-Friday, and is very nice and very clean! She has the smaller bedroom and pays a little less per month.
