West Franklin Street

This room is in the second story of a big, beautiful home in the North End of Boise! You would be the fourth person in the house sharing a bathroom with two others. Two girls, one boy, (all 24 and up) and a beautiful border collie named Cody live here. We are all colorful, love the outdoors, music, having dinner, and hanging out together! This house is a ten minute walk from all the attractions in Hyde Park, and Camels Back park. We are looking for someone who is cleanly, friendly, LQBTQ+ affirming, and prioritizes clear communication. We are all either graduate students or working professionals, and prefer things more quite during the work week after 9pm. We all share responsibilities to keep shared spaces clean and presentable. Our landlords are also super awesome and reliable as well. Amenities include laundry, central air, big front porch, garden space, and a recently remodeled kitchen.
