About the room
Large room with huge walk-in closet and shared bath, and all utilities included. The bathroom will be shared with the other roommate. The property is located off of Academy. Close to everything 15 minutes to Fort Carson and downtown, 10 minutes to Peterson and the airport.
Pics are of the spare room, we currently have a renter so your room will be his room. Both rooms are identical though.
About the roomies
Young married couple. No kids we do have 3 dogs. The husband is active duty, wife is in school full-time, and works part-time. Everyone is super relaxed and respectful of people’s space and noise levels at night. Total of 3 dogs in the home. Quiet and clean home.
