Bedroom for rent. Shared bathroom but please view pics as there is a door between the two sink with the toilet on one side and shower on the other side so you can still use your sink and the toilet if other renter is showering.
House is located off Hunt Highway behind Walgreens and Sonic in STV, 85142
Two current renters, one is my son. Both males in mid 20’s. They do not party at the house. They do smoke in the backyard only.
All utilities are included in price. Internet, electric, gas, trash, water etc
May be open to one dog depending on dogs nature. No other animals there currently.
Room is being painted this weekend. Prefer long term renter.
