About the room
Brand new construction due to be done in mid november. Looking to find roommates to move in with me and my wife. House is 4 bed/2 bath. Offering 2 rooms at 750/room/month, or if you would like both rooms, $1,200/month. If you take both rooms you will have your own private batheroom. if i find 2 seperate people at the $750/month price point it would be shared between the 2.
security deposit of 1 month rent due at time of move in.

About the roomies
About us: I am 32 years old, and she is 28 years old. We have a newborn child who turns 1 in february. We also have a golden retriever puppy who is potty trained and around 9 months of age. Stella is extremely friendly with dogs, and people, and super gentle with children (aside form the occasional boop with her paw when she gets excited). I work around 48 to 65 hours a week as a security manager.
