Kloe's room

Room is in second floor of big beautiful house in the North End of Boise! You would be the fourth roommate with 3 other people (two girls, one boy 24 and up) and a border collie named Cody. No other pets are allowed in this household. The roommate dynamic is friendly, like a little family! We all love the outdoors, plants, music, and hanging out! We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, prioritizes clear communication, and is LGBTQ+ affirming. This is a house of grad students and young professionals so we prefer things to be quite during the work week. We all share responsibilities to keep shared areas clean and presentable. Our landlord is also super awesome and reliable.

The room is $700 a month with utilities not included. Amenities include central air, laundry, big porch, nice backyard, garden space, and either street parking or parking in the back (both uncovered). The move in date could be anytime in October, or the first of November!
