Hello there. I am looking for a roommate to live with me in the West Kendall area. I have two bedrooms available in a five bedroom house. The ideal tenant would also have access to the rest of the house. The rooms are currently lightly furnished but I can remove the furniture if you decide to bring your own. The two bedrooms and one bathroom are on one side of the house and I am on the opposite side of the house. I am only looking for one person to fill one room, but I am open to a mother/daughter or mother/son set up. I have a big house so I am ideally looking for someone to help me clean and cook. As a result, I can give a deep discount on the rent.
