I’m looking to rent a private room in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment. The apartment is newly renovated and has upgraded appliances. Rent is 900 including all utilities. Lease ends end of Sept 2024 and is ready for move in asap. Apartment is pretty spacious with tons of closet spaces and has a balcony. Rooms have large windows on two walls allowing proper natural lighting. Building and the neighborhood is pretty secure with coded entrance. Looking for a female roommate, and I do have a dog, so someone who’s pet friendly, but I can’t have more pets with my dog. Please reach out if you’re interested.

It’s a 2 bed 1 bath, so it’ll be the two of us. We do share the bathroom so I’m looking for someone who’s very clean and organized.
