Tiffany's room

You would have a private bedroom on second floor (full sized bed with new mattress and dresser are optional, can move them to the other room), private bathroom with shower and bathtub, a parking spot in the garage given your vehicle fits. Shared living space on first floor are kitchen and living room. There is a shared living space upstairs that is currently unfurnished.

Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse with two living spaces. I travel often for work so I am gone 1-3 weeks each month. I’m very quiet and tidy when I am home and would appreciate a roommate that is similar.

I do have a rescue dog that is very particular about other animals she gets along with, so unfortunately will not consider a roommate with a pet.
