Looking for a female renter (student or professional) for a fully furnished large room (full-sized bed, dresser, desk, etc.) with a shared bathroom in our beautiful 4 bedroom home. The house is in the very safe and quiet gated community of Vallecitos Ridge located 10 minutes by car from CSUSM (or 20 minutes by public transport via NCTD Sprinter light rail or 305/347 Breeze bus) and 10 minute walking distance to Palomar College. Amenities include: laundry in unit, access to the kitchen for light cooking (pots/pans, utensils, and dishware provided), and personal space in the shared pantry and refrigerator. Utilities include: gas, electric, water, internet, and garbage.

Currently the owners and females student at CSUSM and Mira Costa reside at the property.
