Looking for a female renter (student or professional) for a fully furnished large or small room (full-sized or queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, etc.) with a shared or private bath in our beautiful 4 bedroom home. The house is in the very safe and quiet gated community of Vallecitos Ridge located near CSUSM and Palomar College (about a 5 minute drive to CSUSM or 20 minutes by public transport and within walking distance to Palomar College). Amenities include: laundry in unit, access to the kitchen for light cooking (cookware, dishware, and utensils are provided), and personal space in the shared pantry and refrigerator. Utilities include: gas, electric, water, internet, and garbage. Note that room rates vary and photos posted may not necessarily depict the room available at the time. Security deposit amount is negotiable. Unfortunately, no pets, children, couples or smokers. Thanks for looking!
