This is a beautiful little house and I have loved living here, but my two roommates are moving away so I am hoping to find two people to re-sign with me!

There are two smaller bedrooms w/ a shared bath, and one master bedroom w/ a private bathroom. The smaller rooms are $650 each, then $750 for the master (I will take whichever room is left over). Utilities are about $300 a month, so about $100/person. The deposit would just be one month’s rent.

It’s a very picturesque little house, in a cute and quiet neighborhood about 5 mins from TX state campus and the little HEB. There is a tiny creek running beside it and a park behind it, so you will always see deer walking by your window. There is a cute little backyard too, its struggling right now from the drought but has wonderful potential :)

All appliances are pretty new and work great, I have never had any maintenance problems. The house has been well cared for and kept clean. The bedrooms are not furnished but the living room/kitchen all is. The lease would start at the beginning of November but this can be flexible if you need.

I am currently a senior horticulture major at Texas State. I just moved to San Marcos a few months ago and have been living in this house since. Unfortunately I just found out that my current roommates are having to move out of state by the end of October, so I am hoping to find new people to move in as soon as possible, so I can continue living here. I am about to start a new job and often stay at boyfriend’s house so I will likely be gone a decent amount of the time. I am a very easy person to live with and will give you your space. I would prefer living with girls but honestly if you have good energy and keep things decently clean anyone is welcome.
