I’m looking for a roommate to share my home with. Male or female, age 30-70, I would consider a college student too. I’m a private person and I’ll respect yours. If you’re someone that is looking for a safe private place, with a large master bedroom and private bath. It’s a split floor plan. The place is rustic and country. The room is 12x15 with a private bath and a large walk-in closet. Furnished with nice antique furniture, a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and central heat and air. I have no pictures hanging up so the room is neutral to suit. It has to be a good fit. If you’re helpful with cleaning or the yard work it’s a big plus. I’m a retired widower that’s still cool. I’m into music and art of all kinds with a 25 by 30 building to work in, so there’s room for hobbies. One thing I will throw out there is…. ideally a long-term renter is preferred. I don’t rent apartments out, this is my home. No other people live here besides me and the dogs.
