I’m seeking a professional roommate to share a large rental in which I live in SE Fort Collins. Total monthly rent is $2,200 plus utilities that are split evenly among tenants. Only fully employed professionals need apply.

Fort Collins is an expensive place to live and there aren’t many pet friendly homes available. This has been a great house with wonderful amenities! I’m searching for a roommate who is interested in a nice place to live that’s less expensive than living solo.

The house is a 5/3 and you would have your own room and bathroom upstairs, with full access to shared kitchen/living spaces downstairs. There is also another bedroom which could be used as your office or for additional storage. You will also have your own parking space in the attached 2-car garage!

The home comes completely furnished in the living areas. But, please feel welcome to bring your own furniture as I’m happy to adjust and move things around wherever needed. There is a ton of unfinished space available for overflow-storage for any items you may have too. There is also a large backyard, big kitchen, and good-sized bedrooms.

Four-twenty friendly, but you must be pet-friendly! Cleanliness and mutual-respect for one another is ideal.
