Looking for a roommate to join me in my home, 3 br, 2 bath house in a neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the house. Minutes from the square in West Newnan.

Roommate will have own room and a private (hall bathroom) Shared kitchen and living space. MUST pass backround check. MUST BE ABLE TO PAY ON TIME.

My 14 year old and I live in the upper part of the house and while he is at school, I am at work. Were rarley home. Were quiet and since my son is outdoorsy were always outside unless its a rainy day. Live in a neighborhood with a lake so also if you like to fish you’re able to walk to the lake and enjoy some quiet time!
