John's room

I am a bit hesitant about this idea, but will try. Not fully convinced yet. I have a two-bedroom suite with full bath separated by an open doorway. I am not seeking to rent for the money; my wife is in a memory care unit for life, after he brain was stolen by dementia. So I live alone here alone with my cat. I would just like someone as a companion, as well as to help around the house. Quiet neighborhood on a long circular loop drive. Fenced in yard, with small covered deck, which I hope to have enclosed with some windows and screens.

73 years young, don not smoke, do drugs, or drink alcohol. Don’t get very interested in politics or sports and like old acoustic folk music. Worked in IT and medical disability claims for state of NH for about 27 years. Took early retirement at age 55, own house with no mortgage, have two adult kids who live far away.
