Looking for a female roommate to share a 2bed/2bath apartment in Hyde Park, Chicago. The apartment is an unfurnished 2bed/2bath located in Hyde Park on South Maryland and 54th street. The monthly rent is $1750 ($875 per person). Additionally, there is a Building Service Fee of $120 per month ($60 per person) covering heat, trash, water, and sewer.
