Hey there! I recently moved into a 2 bedroom 1 bath and my landlord is letting me rent out the spare room. I was just waiting to settle in and get the place looking nice. It’s located in central Hillcrest (about 2 blocks from the Hillcrest sign). That means it’s walking distance from lots of things like grocery stores, dry cleaner, so many bars and restaurants, the hospital, and many small shops like thrift stores and the like. It’s 1250 a month with the following:

• The bigger of the two bedrooms
• Gas stoves (if you like cooking)
• On-site laundry
• AC (heating/cooling)
• Street Parking but there’s an additional spot available for 175 a month (pricy I know)
• A patio area with seating and grills
• All utilities are included (landlord pays for water/trash and I pay for gas/electricity), except wi-fi where we would split that

I’m a 26M nursing assistant in nursing school. While I’ll mostly be keeping to myself because school and work are consuming me, I’d very much love to get to know the person I’m living with! My main hobbies are cooking and baking so I have a lot of kitchen appliances/gadgets you’re welcome to use. I also love to decompress with a good movie. More of a game night than bar kinda guy.
