I am a 33 year old female, I work part time and have a boyfriend who I stay with sometimes. I am very easy going, laid back but I am very private and keep to my self. I do not smoke or have parties but occasionally I will go out with friends. I have 2 cats who stay downstairs and wouldn’t bother you at all or go in your room. The only thing I would ask is to please keep the home tidy, do the dishes if you cook and clean up after yourself. You will feel comfortable having complete access to all 3 stories to relax and enjoy this newly renovated townhome a with brand new flooring on the main floor and Home Depot installed brand new carpet upstairs. The bedroom for rent has White shutter windows with a sliding closet door with the most beautiful teal painted walls and oak flint ceiling fan. It had a very tropical vibe and the energy is so peaceful, inviting and serene. I am looking for someone who is looking for a short term lease. I own the home and pay all of the bills and you would have nothing to worry about as far as cable, water or electric but all I ask is that you keep the house clean as I work hard to maintain it. There is free parking outside or you could use the garage (I usually just park in the driveway) A 3 month lease up front would be ideal, but month to month would also be okay. $800 a month up front is what I am asking for if you pay monthly but if you commit to a 3 term lease I would give you $300 off making it total to $1,700 instead of 2k for your time here. No background check or paperwork is necessary, I am trusting that you have good intentions and simply need a place to stay so you can commute to work and come home to a nice, safe home and neighborhood where you don’t have to worry about anyone going through your stuff or stealing from you like I have had to unfortunately experience that happen to me in the past. I am good people and I trust that you would have good intentions and would respect my home and my privacy the way I would respect you and yours.
