Cute, small, 3-bedroom home that has a nice patio and outdoor backyard with privacy fence. I own and live in the home and work from home in my office. Two of the rooms are dedicated to my living space and my office space. I just bought the home and am seeking a roommate to take up residence in the spare bedroom. They will have a open big closet and space for some small furniture and a bed, nothing huge or fancy. It is a small room but big enough for basic furnishings. There is no basement and driveway has a gate and detached garage. As long as roomie is respectful, kind, and is well-maintained, they do not necessarily need to worry about taking care of the home unless they want to assist. The low price is to cover utilities, internet usage, and taxes.

I am a coding instructor for kids and work from home. I am also a musician and play multiple instruments. I just bought my home and it is a well-maintained property. I’m a Christian and go to church playing music on Sundays typically. I also am likely to hold Small Group Bible studies in my home on Saturdays. Roomie should be aware and okay with this.
