Fully furnished single rooms downstairs are available. Fully Furnished family room downstairs. Furnished dining area downstairs. Snack bar downstairs. Big screen tv in family room. All single rooms are furnished with beds, bedding, towels, dressers, chairs, and tvs. Fully furnished Living room upstairs. Fully furnished kitchen upstairs. Pantry space available. Furnished dining area upstairs. Movie snack bar upstairs. Projector, Bluetooth speaker upstairs. Computer area/ Computer/ and internet access included mid level.
All snack items need to be replaced by user. One and half bathroom available. Half bath unfinished downstairs. Full bath upstairs. Laundry on site also included. Trash removal included Professionals only please. Couples are welcome additional rent required.

Two females and two couple currently reside in the home. Most of the occupants work different shifts in the medical field. Pet friendly home. One of the occupants works and goes to school full time. One occupant is a full time student. The other two occupants work full time. It is a busy but quiet home.
