Trash removal included. Renter must supply their own laundry detergent.
Professionals only please. Couples are welcome additional rent required. Housekeeping biweekly of the common areas included. Personal items must stay in rooms or designated areas ie. pantry, and bathroom. Although housekeeping is included it is the renters responsibility to clean up after themselves especially in common areas.
About the roomies
One occupant works nightshift in healthcare and two are dayshift all full time. Pet friendly home. One of the occupants works and goes to school full time. It is a busy but quiet home.
