Welcome to Pomona Townhomes (4 bed/2 bath). You are looking at a spacious, private room upstairs with a shared but rather spacious bathroom. It shares no walls with any other roommates, in my opinion it’s the biggest room but still the same price as the others, a 5 minute drive from the Chico state campus, hardwood floors, in unit laundry, free parking. All for a great price

Other roommates: Nick (upstairs) - He is very friendly and chill. He cleans after himself and is always offering a hand.

Cat (downstairs) - a little bit on the older side but very welcoming with a fiery personality and a lot of stories to swap. She loves to help out in anyway she can, always doing dishes while we’re away at school or work.

Mal (upstairs) - Very chill, keeps to herself but a very nice presence and loves the casual hangout and going to night markets.
