Hi! My Roommates (21F and 24F) and I (22F) are looking for a 4th roommate to lease a house with in McKinney, TX. We have found a neighborhood on the north end of McKinney that we really like and have found a couple of homes we’d like to apply for but first we are on the hunt for a 4th roommate. I’ve posted a listing of a home that we toured and loved so that you have an idea of what we are looking at. We do have a current lease that ends 11/30 but we are looking to have a new lease started and a home ready to move into by mid-November. You will need to budget $700 minimum for rent and split all utilities evenly. You will need to make minimum $30k a year. No Children. No Cats. There is already 1 small dog in the home so other pets are iffy but we can discuss. We all live pretty separate lives and treat each other like sisters.
