It is a two bedroom flat near ikea, right off the small centre in fishers. It’s a nice and quiet area, tons of ponds and geese. It is an upstairs unit with minimal furnishings. I have my bedroom and a couch and not too much else so you’re free to bring what you like. My kitchen is full of whatever is needed for cooking aside from a microwave, I haven’t gotten around to buying that yet. There’s assigned parking, I’m not sure how to go about that portion, but I do have a tag available, just don’t drive a car myself. There is also a pool and walking trail nearby and guest parking available too if you like to have others over. The location is a bit tucked away, but it is a very quick trip to the highway and any major roads to get to where one needs to go. Plus there’s a kroger/walmart/target really close by which is wonderful. All bills that are separate from rent would be included in what I would charge you, so it would just be all at once rather than trying to split up bills and make it a bit unnecessarily difficult. I am also very pet friendly, I have no animal allergies and I am happy to help care for them as needed. It would just be the pet deposit and rent that would be up to you if you bring pets. Important note, it’s just a single bathroom, so it would be shared between us. I keep it obnoxiously clean simply because it’s just one bathroom and I didn’t want any guests to even slightly be uncomfortable with it lol.

Hi! My name is Ashley-Willow, I’m mostly just needing a roommate because I’m in the middle of switching jobs and paying off some final debts and such. I’m generally pretty quiet during the day, a bit of a night owl and a gamer so I’m up late often playing games, and I do work from home majority of the time. I don’t really go anywhere, so you wouldn’t have to worry about getting locked out or missing a package delivery. I also have very good internet that I won’t require you to pay anything on unless you would like to chip in. I wanted really good internet so I won’t make someone pay for my wanting of decent download/upload speeds lol. I’m willing to negotiate on rent as needed if an emergency happens or any such chaos, I know life is just getting harder out here and I won’t use that against someone else looking for a place to live. If you’re super friendly or even reclusive, either or honestly since I’m a bit of an introvert, please feel free to reach out to me. I’d like to get to know you before you live with me if possible, but I’m very easy going and will get along with pretty much anyone. Oh, I also cook, if that helps at all. I know tons of meals from vegan to standard and so long as you chip in for groceries, I am happy to cook. If it’s needed, I can write out an agreement between us and have it notarized so that way if there’s ever any worry about bills or moving dates or anything at all, heck even a chore chart if that’s something that is wanted or needed, I will be more than happy to set that up to make everyone comfortable. I am also comfortable if you smoke or anything, it’s just a rule that it cannot be inside for any reason. Partially why as well I’m happy to give whomever stays with me the master bedroom because it has an extra storage space and really big closet and it has its own porch so if you do smoke it can be done there where you won’t have to like, go for a walk or something for it.
