Your bedroom will be unfurnished but has large windows, French doors, and connection to a private back yard for plenty or natural sunlight.

Apartment also has central AC, in-building laundry, and a private den area for additional storage.

Rent is $1950 Great neighborhood walking distance from Bedford Ave station, McCarren Park, and plenty of great restaurants. You will be sharing the space with a wonderful girl in her late 20s working remotely in Tech. We are looking for someone who is kind, respectful, and clean.
