Hi! My name is Julee and I am 28-years-old. I am looking for a female to share my apartment with that is quiet, clean, punctual, and respectful. I am someone who does not do any drugs or smoke. I tend to be a homebody, but I am pretty quiet around the home. My current hobbies are gardening. rock climbing, readings and the gym. I am also a college student at El Camino College. I spent a good amount of time in the kitchen because I can’t afford to eat out every meal, although I wish I could. You don’t need to worry about strangers coming in and out of my place because I basically have no friends haha :). As for the apartment, it is located along the main street so there will naturally be some light street noise, but I find it to not be disruptive at all. The building itself is usually very quiet. All the other tenants keep to themselves.
