Furnished upstairs room in recently remodeled home. Brand new bed and mattress. Room size is 11’ x 11’ and has a custom closet to maximize storage space, which includes access to a linen closet. The bathroom is shared with a single male tenant during the week except for the dual sink.

Plenty of space to lounge around in the two living areas and an upstairs loft.

The laundry room is located on the first floor. Cleaning service every two weeks included.

Aerospace professionals living in the home, all are responsible and organized.
