Two private bedrooms (11’X10’) available in a 3 bed 2.5 bath house in Vancouver near Safeway and the Vancouver Mall. Central to I5 and I205 and on bus route 78 in Vancouver. Lots of shared space in the house; great yard, kitchen, and large media room with projector. Full bathroom shared by these two rooms, with an additional half bath off the laundry room. One well behaved indoor cat already lives here so no additional pets please.

$750/mo per room or $1400/mo for both, includes all utilities (water, sewer, electric, garbage, recycling, 400mbps comcast internet), garage storage/parking negotiable. Additional storage available in multiple sheds in the backyard.
