This rental includes 2 fully-furnished adjoined rooms with a connected full bathroom. Currently, one room is set up as the bedroom/office, and the other room is set up as a living/dining room. However, you may configure it as it makes sense for your needs! Both rooms get bright light. One room overlooks the atrium, that is accessible to the rental. The laundry room is right outside of the en-suite setup. All bills/utilities (electricity, internet, water, gas, and sewer) are included within the total monthly rent.
