1 large furnished bedroom with a bathroom (not on-suite) in a 3-bedroom two story home in a quiet and safe rural neighborhood in Maryville. 18 miles from Knoxville and 15 miles from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. 10 minutes from the airport. Shopping and restaurants within a 5-10 mile radius. River, lake access and hiking trails are within a close drive as well.

I am retired military and was a full-time vanlifer and nomad until recently. I am currently certifying as a Registered Behavior Technician. I still travel every so often and I love everything outdoors: mountaineering, snowshoeing, hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, camping, backpacking, etcetera. I also can be quite the introvert and love to read, write, and paint and stay in doors at times. I am very neat and clean, easy-going and easy to get along with and am fine if you keep to yourself and/or like to talk and hang out.
