The open room comes with its own bathroom, a shared kitchen (fully-equipped), a shared living room, and a shared backyard for $1,750 + utilities (or 1,000 + utilities for a double). You will also have parking and access to an in-unit washer and dryer.

Behind the house, there is also a neighborhood park with a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball court, and a hiking path. It is also located about 5 minutes away from local shops, grocery stores, a movie theater, and restaurants. And its 5 miles from the beach!
